This sculptural sconce is very lightweight and handcrafted from pulped newspapers. Lamp is painted with natural pigments: green Veronese, golden ocher and olive green.
Lamp seems to be levitating on the wall thanks to a hidden wooden structure that is attached to the wall. Its sculptural form embellishes the space during the day because of its vivid combination of colours obtained from natural, earth pigments. At night when the lamp is ON the light is accentuating its organic shape and fills the space with a delicate, non disturbing light ideal for relaxation. Moreover this statement wall light can be placed in two ways: with the central small element at the top, or at the bottom of the lamp.
Material: This sconce light is very lightweight and durable. It is handcrafted from pulped newspapers, ecologic, water based glue and wooden structure that is attached to the wall. In conclusion all these components, as well as the process of lamp formation, are environmentally friendly and ecological.
Hardwired/With a Plug: Paper mache light sconce is available hardwired or with a cord and a plug (2m of textile cable). You can choose it while placing the order.
Bulb: The bulb is included, however you should use only LED bulbs up to 20W. This lamp requires a bulb with G9 ending.

Handcrafted in Spain
The paper used for this creation was destroyed, broken into tiny pieces, then transformed into a whole new material entity by a technique using hot temperature. The "new" paper can be shaped in many different ways and in its final form brings an association with nature, its source. Handmade in Spain.
