Smart and contemporary, Eikon Ray features traditional craftsmanship with an ecological touch. Handmade from FSC certified wood, Eikon Ray lampshade is simply attached with the help of magnets.
Each lampshade is casted by hand and has its own special and unique marble structure. The FSC certified wooden socket constitutes the minimalist and clean base of the lamp.
With the magnetic connecting system, the lampshade can be changed with little effort for another color, shape or material which can be easily attached to the wooden base.
Eikon Ray is available in 5 types of wood and the lampshade in 3 materials. The cable cord is white - other cable colors are available upon request - please contact us.
STORY
Having mindful products in mind, award-winning brand Schneid considers sustainability and local craftsmanship as core values during their design thinking process. With natural raw materials, striking colors and shapes Schneid creates mood and atmosphere in experimental ways.
The German brand is influenced by their proximity to Scandinavia and the historical, industrial appeal of their hanseatic city Lübeck. Schneid's young creative entrepreneurial spirit combined with a pinch of courage enables them to link traditional craftsmanship with an ecological approach to product design.
