We work hard to offer you the best quality products possible. Due to their made-to-order and one-of-a-kind product nature, Green Design Gallery orders are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item received is the wrong product (an incorrect product was shipped by error), in which case we can offer to exchange said product for the correct one, whenever possible (see details below).
Green Design Gallery suppliers inspect their products and cartons prior to dispatch to ensure all products leave their warehouses in the best possible condition. All products should be inspected immediately upon arrival with any damages noted on the delivery paperwork. If any items are received with damages, Green Design Gallery must be notified within 48 hours of receipt in order for us to assist in resolving the situation. Neither Green Design Gallery nor its suppliers are a carrier and the damages incurred in transport are not the fault or responsibility of Green Design Gallery and its suppliers. We will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible, which may include making insurance claims, arranging repairs and in some circumstances replacements (this is left to the suppliers discretion). Clear photographs of the product and carton damages must support all damages that are reported. Any broken parts MUST be kept and returned together with original cartons. Damaged stock returned with missing parts will not be processed until all parts have been returned. Green Design Gallery will not accept claims after 48 hours of successful delivery nor will we assist in or be held responsible for damages relating to freight bookings that are made by the client and are independently arranged.
Green Design Gallery does not accept exchanges for change of mind purchases. In certain circumstances and under the sole discretion of Green Design Gallery, we may authorize an exchange. Additional transport charges for exchanging product will incur additional transport fees. Unless the product was shipped by error (not the right product ordered), the return shipping fees are not the responsibility of Green Design Gallery or its suppliers. All authorized exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving goods. All items must be returned in original, undamaged packaging and in original, undamaged condition with an approved supplier's courier. Any items received damaged will not be accepted for return. To begin the exchange process please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours after product receipt to establish eligibility.
GREEN DESIGN GALLERY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES OR SHIPPERS FEES YOU MIGHT INCUR OR FOR DELIVERY DELAYS. NEITHER GREEN DESIGN GALLERY NOR ITS SUPPLIERS IS A CARRIER AND THEREFORE ANY DAMAGES INCURRED IN TRANSPORT ARE NOT THE FAULT OR RESPONSIBILITY OF GREEN DESIGN GALLERY OR ITS SUPPLIERS. IN THIS CASE, ALL INTERNATIONAL CARRIERS NORMALLY INCLUDE A SHIPPING INSURANCE, GREEN DESIGN GALLERY AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL BE HAPPY TO ASSIST FINDING ALTERNATE SOLUTIONS OR WITH ANY 3RD PARTY INSURANCE CLAIMS THE CUSTOMER MAY NEED TO COMPLETE. PLEASE READ OUR POLICIES BEFORE ORDERING.
